Custom Engineered Components
As a Manufacturer's Representative, I strive to be a Buying Experience Counselor.  My role is to provide sales and service to my customers with a focus on understanding their buying experience.  Supplying custom engineered components is the business of my business and my purpose is to help customers get what they want in the most economical way.    What do I mean by most economical?  The Buying Experience is much more than 'First Cost,' which many refer to as the part price.  Making the buying experience economical is all about creating value for my customer and meeting their needs.
How do I know their needs?  I listen and understand.

Relationships Are Key
The strength of any partnership is the depth of the relationship.  Developing a true understanding of our customer's needs often comes from personal one-on-one relationships.  I routinely bring technical experts with me when visiting customers because and found an ongoing presence at our customer's site makes all the difference.
Win-Win or Don't Play
When a customer selects a supplier, they are forming a partnership.  Successful partnerships have a win-win mentality and I firmly believe that each side of the buyer/supplier relationship must win.  This attitude is a must if the business partnership is going to be successful in the long run.
Building Trust Every Step of the Way
Buyers are placing trust with a supplier each time they place an order.  We know how important it is to both earn and keep their trust.  The four factors of trust are propriety, competence, commonality and intent. Once we align these factors with a customer, we have established the trust needed to move forward.
Real-Time Responsiveness
Mastering real-time is a permanent business reality, and adapting to the very different needs of real-time is not optional.  I make it a priority to respond to every request in a timely fashion, as the delivery of information is just as critical as the delivery of the parts we produce.
